Jennifer Goff, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Goff graduated from Huntington North High School in 1991. She received her B.S. in Biology from Indiana University in 1995 and graduated from the Indiana School of Dentistry in 1999. She is a member of the Isaac Knapp District Dental Society, the Indiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Chicago Dental Society.
Recently, her interests have led to learning more bout the dentist’s role in Sleep Disorder Breathing and promoting complete health. She is a member of ASAP (Airway, Sleep and Pediatrics) Pathway, Molis Coaching, Clearly Select, AADSM(American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine), WDSS(World Dental Sleep Society) and AAOSH(American Academy of Oral Systemic Health) in order to better serve her patients. She is also certified as a Myomunchee Practitioner, a BeBe Myomunchee Practitioner and certified as a Myofunctional Therapist through the AOMT(Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy).
She is married to Tom Fulton and has a son, Gregory. Gregory is married to Emily and they have a son, Banks, and a daughter, Leyna. She also has a step-daughter, Mariah that has 3 children – Kohen, Joslynn and Jaxon. She enjoys warm summer days, reading and spending time with her family.
Nicole Sandlin
Office Manager
Nicole is the friendly face behind the front desk and the organizational force that keeps the office running smoothly. With 10 years of experience, she handles everything from patient scheduling and insurance questions to coordinating the team and improving daily operations. Nicole is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and informed, making every visit as easy and stress-free as possible.
She has been married to her husband Mark for over 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys golf, pickleball, reading, and going on vacation.
Wendy Keim, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Wendy loves her job and patients. Over the years she likes that her profession allows her to keep learning. She has been a Hygienist for over 20 years and her patients are like family. Her spouse is Ryan and they two children Bailey and Lucas. Both getting married soon. She has a heart for the mission field. She has been blessed to travel to Guatemala the past 3 years to provide a dental care for children at local school.
Katie Fusselman, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Katie graduated from Indiana Purdue University of Fort Wayne in 2007. She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. She enjoys taking the time to teach simple and effective ways to improve oral health. She truly enjoys working alongside her coworkers and value the strong team environment we have built together. Creating a positive experience while supporting one another is something I take pride in every day.
Outside of the office, Katie is married to her husband Adam, and they have two children, Kyndall and Connor. She loves spending time with her family, especially watching her children play sports. She also enjoys camping and traveling when she can.
Jamie Ness
Dental Assistant
Jamie has been a dental assistant for over 25 years and she still loves what she does. She believes in making the patient feel comfortable, relaxed and maybe even laughing a little while they’re in the chair.
She’s been married to Phil for 13 years and they have four kids and one very loved fur baby. She is all about family time and making memories, whether its traveling, cruising somewhere sunny, or enjoying a good camping trip.
Lauren Trickle
Dental Assistant
Lauren has been an Expanded Dental Assistant since 2021, bringing dedication and a smile to every patient. She loves creating positive experiences for patients while balancing a busy and rewarding family life. She is always approachable and upbeat. She enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up fresh air whenever she can. Outside of work Lauren cherishes time with her significant other Levi, and their two children along with her dog Roxy!
